Orderproces:

Only companies in possession of a (valid Chamber of Commerce number for Netherlands and a) valid European VAT number or legal companies outside Europe, who want to sell our products in their company, can order directly from us. If you are an individual or company that wants to use the materials for their own (business)purposes, please contact our resellers which are listed on the page "Where to buy?" on this site.

For each order a minimum order amount is necessary to be allowed to use the reseller prices. For a first order, a higher order value is necessary as follow-up orders. For the first and second order, we may require a deposit of up to 100% of the order amount prior to delivery. After that for future orders payment should be made within 30 days after the invoice date. After 30 days statutory interest will be charged, and the claim will be given away into the hands of a collection agency.

The recommended retail price and all known information is listed on this site for each product separately.

You can submit your orders from this site to us. In that case we ask you to provide your contact information, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number by email to info@chloisglittertattoo.com. After this you will receive a login code to log on to this site and you can view the prices excluding VAT for resellers. Shipping costs are calculated approximately and added to your order. There is no stock on this site tracked and everything is ordered regardless whether the product is actually in stock. Once we have received your order we will prepare your order, at that point we will inform you which products may not be in stock, and you can specify whether you want it redelivered at the moment they are available again or if your wish to remove those items from your order. Also, we inform you about the exact shipping costs. Afterwards you will receive the final bill. If you have already made a payment through the site through Ideal, Paypal or other payment mediums, we will possibly overpaid shipping and / or product charge return through the same medium. If you (at first and second order) have not made enough down payment, you must still pay the remaining amount at first by bank transfer before your order is shipped.

You can also submit your order to us through an order form by email. The rest of the procedure remains the same as mentioned above. Order forms can be ordered after supplying your name and address, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number through info@chloisglittertattoo.com.

Deliveries within the Netherlands are delivered with the applicable local VAT rates. Deliveries in Europe (outside the Netherlands) are provided under intra-Community supply 0% VAT/ shifted VAT. Deliveries outside Europe are supplied under the Export Regulations with 0% VAT.
